We want ordering from CyberSec Games to be simple and predictable for customers across the European Union.
EU fulfilment from 21 September
From 21 September, our standard products for EU customers will be fulfilled through our EU fulfilment partner and shipped from within the European Union.
This means standard EU orders will be delivered without import duties or customs charges being added on arrival.
Ordering before 21 September?
You can still order with confidence.
Until our EU fulfilment operation begins on 21 September, we will ensure that customers purchasing our standard products do not incur additional import duties or customs charges on delivery.
We absorb the new €3 EU customs duty. Any applicable VAT and delivery costs are shown when you check out.
Taxes are already included
The prices shown on our website for EU customers already include applicable taxes.
For standard EU orders:
- Taxes are included in the price shown
- Any applicable import duties before 21 September are covered by us
- From 21 September, orders will be fulfilled from within the EU
- There are no additional import duties or customs charges on delivery
- The amount shown at checkout includes the applicable taxes and delivery charges for your order
Custom orders
Custom and bespoke orders are an exception to our standard EU fulfilment arrangements.
These products are manufactured to order in the United Kingdom and are therefore shipped directly from the UK rather than from our EU fulfilment partner.
As a result, a separate customs or import charge may apply to custom orders delivered within the EU. The amount will depend on the value and nature of the order.
Where applicable, we will make these charges clear as part of the custom-order process so that you understand the total cost before your order is confirmed.
No surprise charges on standard EU orders
For our standard products, our aim is simple: the price you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
You should not be asked by the courier to pay additional import duties or customs charges before receiving your order.
For custom orders manufactured and dispatched from the UK, separate import or customs charges may apply as described above.
