CyberSec Games is a UK-based company. We work with fulfilment partners in the United States and the European Union, allowing many orders to be dispatched locally at competitive delivery rates.
Delivery charges
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. The options displayed will depend on your delivery address, the products ordered and the fulfilment centre holding the stock.
If an order contains products held at different locations, it may arrive in more than one delivery. Where applicable, separate tracking details will be provided.
European Union
Most eligible EU orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner in Poland. As these goods are fulfilled from within the EU, they do not pass through an import customs process when delivered to customers in other EU countries.
A small number of products may be dispatched from the UK. These orders will be sent with applicable import duties and taxes paid by us, including the temporary €3 customs duty where it applies. You should not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import VAT or customs-clearance charges when your order is delivered.
If you receive an unexpected request for an import or customs payment, please contact us before making the payment.
United States
Most eligible US orders are dispatched by our US fulfilment partner and shipped using USPS. The available services and charges will be shown at checkout.
If a product is not held by our US fulfilment partner, it may be dispatched from the UK. We will aim to deliver these orders within approximately four to five working days after dispatch. Whichever fulfilment route applies, we will use the most suitable available service to get your order to you promptly.
Orders dispatched from the UK
Where stock is not available through one of our regional fulfilment partners, we may dispatch the order from the UK. We aim to deliver these orders within approximately four to five working days after dispatch, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
United Kingdom
Orders delivered within the UK are normally sent using Royal Mail. Delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Normal Royal Mail delivery procedures will apply. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Urgent orders
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to check the available options and, where possible, arrange expedited delivery for an additional charge.
Custom orders
Custom and personalised orders are manufactured in the UK and dispatched from the UK, regardless of the customer’s location.
Before confirming a custom order, we will explain the proposed delivery arrangements and advise you of any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges. These costs may be payable by the customer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Delivery estimates and delays
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier networks, customs authorities, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we will help investigate it with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.
