BSides Prague 2026 was a busy couple of days for us. We ran the retail booth and delivered two play-to-learn sessions: Elevation of Privilege and Elevation of MLSec.

The turnout was fantastic. In the workshops, most people in the room had never played the games before. But once the cards were on the table, the room quickly opened up.

The sessions gave delegates an easy way into some fairly complex topics without things feeling heavy or overly formal. Instead of simply listening, they were testing ideas, discussing different viewpoints and learning from one another.

We also ran live demos of Context & Cringe, a quirky application privacy game that caught plenty of people by surprise. Delegates were intrigued by its unusual approach and loved seeing how humour and slightly awkward scenarios could open up useful conversations about privacy.

That mix of live sessions, product demos and relaxed conversations worked really well. It gave delegates different ways to discover the games, try them for themselves and understand how they could bring the same energy back to their workplaces.
